6 // FALKEN: Jamaica – Havana, Cuba // 800 Miles & 11 Days // $6,500 // WAITLIST

$6,500 // 11 Days

¡Viva Habana!

We are headed back to CUBA! Our first passage to Havana in 2016 aboard ISBJORN was one of the most memorable ever, and we haven’t been back since. That will change in 2024 as two crews will get to experience the iconic city from the deck of FALKEN – the first on the way in, and the second on the way out.

From Port Antonio on Jamaica’s northeast corner, it’s 800 miles to Havana, first passing south of Cuba, skirting the Cayman Islands, then entering the Straits of Florida and riding the Gulf Stream current down the home stretch to Havana.

Once we arrive in Havana, thee skipper and mate will be staying with FALKEN. Crew can stay in Havana after the passage if they wish (on their own initiative), in 2016 we rented an airbnb (casa particular) for a few days.

Note:

We now reserve two spots for women on all of our passages! Learn more here.

All 59º North passages are led by qualified RYA / MCA Yachtmaster Ocean certified skippers & mates, and all miles sailed onboard BOTH of our boats will count towards your own license mileage requirements. We are happy to provide certificates to this effect as well towards your RYA Day Skipper, Yachtmaster or other countries’ sea time requirements.
